I couldn't have made a better choice! Had to have my liner replaced. It was so easy and quick! It literally was 3 days from start to finish. The pool installers were amazing. They were knowledgeable, polite and ready to answer all of our questions.

I'm a novice when it comes to pool care. I can bring a water sample in and Asheville Pool will test it and tell me exactly which chemicals I need. They also provide printed step by step instructions on how and when to add the chemicals. The water testing and instruction is free if you buy their chemicals. Also, they will not over sell their products. They make suggestions but will openly and honestly tell you what is optional and most necessary. They make keeping your pool water crystal clear simple. I recently purchased a 16x32 Doughboy pool from Asheville pool. Kelly was very patient and always happy to answer all of my questions. I had an issue with a part from Jandy and Carson came out and got it fixed for me as soon as the part came in. Great sales and service! Still highly recommend!!

Kelly and the team from Asheville Pool really came through for me in a pinch. The day before heading out of town for a two week vacation my 2 HP pool filter pump went down. No flow, no chlorine circulation. Didn't want a green slimy un-kept pool upon my return and a bunch of clean up work. Asheville pool came through and was able to order a replacement pump and install it while I was away so I could enjoy vacation worry free and avoid the clean up headache when I returned. Very helpful and informative! We highly recommend. It’s worth the drive (passing other pool stores) to finally have a store that has friendly service, doing whatever it takes to get our pool where it needs to be. Family owned and professionally run business. It’s evident that Mrs. Sluder, Carson, other staff members, are very knowledgeable and go beyond expectation to help you out. Last but def important to mention-Carson somehow fit us in immediately, and took time to explain the salt cell installation, getting us set up before the weekend. He and Jay were fantastic.

I needed to get a pool pump replaced ASAP. Asheville Pool& Patio did within a week timeframe. They also helped out with a Duke Energy rebate. The installers made sure that everything was running & that there were not leaks.
